Responsible Gaming —
jlll is always here to protect you
jlll believes that entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it is experienced consciously and within your own limits. Our protection tools are here by your side.
Our Core Principles
At jlll, we believe that online casino and betting is purely a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. The safety and mental well-being of every player on our platform is our highest priority. That is why we have introduced multiple responsible gaming tools that you can use at any time.
Gambling should be fun and stay within your budget. When the enjoyment of playing turns into stress or anxiety, seeking help is the courageous thing to do. jlll is committed to standing by your side and providing that support at all times.
Build Healthy Gaming Habits
Responsible gaming does not just mean playing less — it means playing with a plan, consciously, and within a set budget. Before starting each session, ask yourself: how much time and money can I afford to spend today? Only place bets with an amount you can comfortably afford to lose. Never increase your bets in an attempt to recover losses — this only makes the problem worse.
The First Step to Recognising a Problem
Sometimes we do not realise ourselves that gaming is slipping out of our control. Ask yourself the questions below — if the answer to more than one is "yes", seriously consider seeking support.
Self-Assessment — Check Yourself
- Are you spending more money on gaming than your set budget?
- Are you placing more bets to try to win back money you have lost?
- Have you tried to cut down your playing time but failed?
- Are you hiding your gaming from family or friends?
- Are you prioritising gaming over work, studies, or relationships?
- Do you feel restless or irritable when you cannot play?
- Have you taken on debt or borrowed money from others to fund gaming?
If you answered "yes" to any of the questions above, please reach out to our support team. Asking for help is not a weakness — it is a sign of courage and good judgment.
For Ages 21 and Over Only
The minimum age to participate on jlll is 21. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We urge parents and guardians to use parental control software to keep younger members of your family away from this site. If you believe a minor is using this platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
Our Protection Tools
jlll gives you the power to manage your own gaming experience. The tools below can be activated from your account at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A set waiting period applies when increasing a limit, which protects you from making impulsive decisions.
Time-Out
You can pause your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this time, logging in or making deposits is not possible. Access is restored automatically once the break period ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, you can close your account for an extended period through self-exclusion. Options range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. This decision cannot be reversed.
Reality Check Notifications
You will receive notifications at set intervals showing how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in total. These reminders help you stay aware and take a break when needed.
Loss Limit
Set a cap in advance on the maximum amount you can lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, the session will automatically end, preventing impulsive overspending.
Gaming History Review
You can view your complete deposit, withdrawal, and gaming history at any time. Regularly reviewing your own patterns is an important part of responsible gaming.

For Family and Loved Ones
If you think a family member or friend is struggling with a gaming-related problem, you too can seek support. An outside perspective is often more effective at identifying the issue.
If you would like to request that an account be closed on behalf of a family member, please contact us at [email protected] with the relevant details. Our team will review the matter with complete confidentiality.
jlll never encourages anyone to bet beyond their means. Our marketing activities are conducted in line with responsible gaming principles, and we do not send promotional messages to individuals who have self-excluded.
