jlll's Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jlll platform ("Platform") and its users ("User" or "You"). By registering on jlll or using the Platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

jlll reserves the right to change or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on the jlll platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must place bets using your own funds — using another person's funds is not allowed.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the jlll support team immediately. jlll is not responsible for any loss resulting from account access by a third party.

2.3 Identity Verification

jlll may request documents from a user for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account termination.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jlll is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

• jlll reserves the right to review withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• The withdrawal method should be consistent with the deposit method used.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

3.3 Payment Restrictions

jlll accepts funds from legitimate sources only. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited, and such activity will be reported to law enforcement authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jlll offers new users a 100% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may benefit from each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses may be usable only on specific games — conditions are stated separately.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• jlll reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• In the event of a violation of promotional terms, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

jlll's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. jlll reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

jlll ensures a safe and fair gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption and games are operated in accordance with fair play guidelines.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties:

• Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Engaging in collusion or coordinated fraudulent strategies with other players.
• Providing false information on the platform.

6.3 Bet Outcomes

Gaming outcomes are determined impartially. If the outcome of a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, jlll's decision will be considered final.

jlll may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If the user participates in fraudulent activity.
• If there is suspicion of involvement in money laundering or other illegal activities.
• At the user's own request (if they wish to close the account).

In the case of account termination, jlll will consider returning legitimate funds. However, in the case of termination due to a breach of terms, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

jlll believes in responsible gaming. We advise users to play with the following in mind:

• Only play with money you can afford to lose.
• View gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
• Seek help if you notice signs of problematic gaming.

jlll's maximum liability will not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Continued use of the Platform after any changes to the Terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
